Paul’s teaching background includes 21 years as a Primary School principal, focusing on leadership and management in a range of complex school communities and more recently in the role of creating an early learning curriculum and facilities for children with Autism between the ages of 2 to 5 years.Their philosophy is based on the knowledge that children are unique individuals, with each child possessing a range of abilities, knowledge, attitudes, values, interests, experiences and learning in an individual variety of ways.
